Stunning Cargo Ground packages are typically delivered Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. (and sometimes later) for residential addresses, and during regular business hours for business addresses. Although ground packages cannot be scheduled for a specific time, Stunning Cargo express shipments come with guaranteed delivery times that vary depending on the service selected.
Typically, our drivers can deliver as late as 9 p.m., and during the holiday season, deliveries may extend even later. In cases where we cannot deliver a package marked as "out for delivery," we will make another delivery attempt on the following business day.
Our drivers aim to leave packages out of plain sight for security. First, check common locations such as exterior doors, porch, back patio, or garage. Inquire with neighbors who may have picked up your package. If it's still not found, contact the seller to initiate a claim.
